Hi, I’m Bri!

My love for flowers started long before I ever thought of becoming a florist.

Flowers have always felt a little bit like home to me. Growing up, I was inspired by my grandfather who had a lifelong love for gardening and foraging. He let me create tiny garden bouquets as a child and those early moments sparked a deep appreciation for nature’s beauty that’s guided me ever since. Over the years, that love grew through gardening, foraging for wildflowers, and eventually finding my way into professional floristry. 

I spent time working on farms in Europe before going on to train and work alongside experienced floral designers here in Alberta. There, I learned the craft behind everything from everyday arrangements to sympathy work and weddings, but weddings quickly became something especially meaningful to me.

There’s something beautiful about flowers being part of the moments people remember for the rest of their lives.

That’s what led me to create The Honey Bri… a floral studio rooted in thoughtful design, natural beauty, and a love for flowers that feel a little wild, romantic, and full of life.

My style leans garden-inspired and artful rather than overly structured. I love interesting colour palettes, delicate movement, unexpected textures, and arrangements that look as though the flowers naturally found their way together.

While weddings are at the heart of The Honey Bri, I also create florals for events, meaningful occasions, sympathy, and the everyday moments that deserve flowers too.

Above all, I want the experience of working with The Honey Bri to feel personal. Whether I’m creating your bridal bouquet, flowers for an intimate celebration, or an arrangement for someone you love, I care deeply about the little details and the story behind what I’m making.

Because flowers don’t last forever, but the moments they’re part of often do.
